Salary poor, career growth terrible,no innovative, work environment is better, work- life balance is bad.

It depends upon the project and team. Im Bangalore location most of the Manager and Management from North so whether you know Kannada or not you must know Hindi otherwise you will not get proper support. My personal experience Hindi known people get very good apprisal and position.

...e first preference for Hindi know peoples. No free transport No tissue paper In your CTC variable pay included but you will never get.

...ed my career in omega, it’s a big flat form to lean my skills and abilities 5.9 years I worked in omega I really don’t want to miss omega but because of salary I left omega

Work Environment OK. Seniors are supportive. Not a diverse culture, most of the employees are from TN.

Less compensation, slow or no growth, shows good career opportunities from the outside but inside you are stuck at the same place.

I would like and thanks to one Leader in Omega that is PR Sir, he is my role model.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. We don't expect any KT and Training at beginning but results should be perfect.
