It depends upon the project and team. Im Bangalore location most of the Manager and Management from North so whether you know Kannada or not you must know Hindi otherwise you will not get proper support. My personal experience Hindi known people get very good apprisal and position.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. We don't expect any KT and Training at beginning but results should be perfect.

...are so horrible. No incentive plans. Then only take the work from the employees. Everyone in this Integra has salary issues. It is always one way communication with the management and the employees.

Salary for growth is average for the people who stays for longer duration. Some times lateral hire coders salary will high comparing to team leads. Work life balance is average
