GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

They are a bunch of thieves and extortionists. Promised wfh and 12500 salary. The training was hectic and trainers cant even speak English properly. The HR would say anything to enroll you and as the training progresses they will start revealing their agendas.. The salary lowered to 9k from above 12k,but from an ex employee i found out they were only paying 8k.the company is not at all transparent. They will say free training for 45 days then a job but what happened was 4 months of horrific training and at the end of it.. Reduced salary no certificate and no promised wfh... Omega You people need to ashamed of yourselves.

I’ve had a great experience working at Omega Healthcare. The work culture here is truly positive and encouraging. One of the things I appreciate most is that the management avoids micromanagement, which allows us to work with a sense of independence and trust. The leads are very cooperative and approachable, always ready to guide and support. The leave policy is flexible — getting time off when needed has never been a hassle. Overall, it’s a happy and healthy work environment that makes coming to work enjoyable.

...rarely given proper attention, limiting growth opportunities for many employees. Salary increments are relatively low and not always aligned with performance or market standards. The company should invest more in skill development programs to help employees grow and adapt to evolving industry needs. Additionally, many team members remain on the same projects for years, making it difficult for others to explore new opportunities or gain varied experience. Lastly, when someone submits their resignation, the HR department rarely engages in meaningful discussions or tries to retain the employee, which can feel disheartening for long-term contributors

Job security -within 3months of joining moved to bench(quality is up to mark production is up to mark)without any prior notification and reason is we don't have project then why you had hired us and again hiring even existing coders don't have work .At this movement 200 members moved to bench .If you are married think twice 4.Members who are present project like priority health they will say you company is very good etc etc they are just looking for referral bonus which is 10,000 and when you comes here you will realise the reality
