...tted for having been an employee in Omega especially in this pandemic situation. Many employees were set aloof without work and also salary was not given citing a reason that they could not provide system due to lockdown.

Worst company in the market. Your hard work and talent would never be recognized if you do not stand in favour to the superior. Yes you guessed right. You should nod your head for their views even if it seems stupid.😂

I leave this comment after working 2 years with Omega. Omega will not consider us as employees. They see as production tool. The work pressure is high. Wen I say this, you have to trust me. TL,Managers,HR and even include any management. They will only support management. They won't listen employees concern. So it's waste to fight with these people. Important thing I have to mention here. We don't have email access in Omega. Your teammates are zero cooperation. They won't say anything even if they are facing issues. They have been trained in such a way.That means you have no rights to say anything to them. They need production. As long as you do production and ready to say ok for anything what they say. They call us good omegan. or else you will be forced to quit. This is a honest review and I am not going get anything by manipulation. Thank you omega

...d SOPs, if you are good at quality and production. They will not say you a word. As far as salary, I find it low, but tthey have incentive policies, if you are lucky enough to get more volumes for production. The company is do diversified, you can learn from any of your members in the team. Admist lockdown, they did a great job in providing systems, wifi etc., I am so comfortable working from home and I can take care of my productivity and home at a same time

Work pressure, Need To Increase work time by hours without OT salary (Because of this job pressure you are forced yourself to quite job ASAP) No Cab Facilities in Trichy

...hey have a capacity to determine employee capacity without giving working acess.when employee ask the reasons strongly they will cut your call and never pick your call and simply hold your salary.If you are doing WFH then they think you cannot reach them.There is no Hr helpdesk team also available for this company.So my friends please don't join this organisation and don't weast your time and efforts for this organisation.
