There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign.

I like my team co-ordination we complete the work with in the given time.other then team I'am not happy with salary, compare to work the salary is not worthy.

I'm not happy with the salary.Freshers getting more.that is the only think other then that omega is wonderful company ☺️

The work-life in omega healthcare is very good and the opportunity to learn things is very good in omega.

The main issue I faced in omega is salary concern where the old users will be paid very less compared to the new exp users and the career growth opportunity is poor over here compared to the other organization.
