omaxe having very bad working environment for employees. somehow we mannage working environment but they delay salary really disturbing.In 1st lockdown they told some staff that u are without pay and when company resume work,than they call u.

It enables one to work freely and with full ownership. Salary is on time , also company provide bachelor accomodation .

Dislikes

Innovation is not appreciated, poor work-life balance. Also, if you even indulged properly with your manager there are other aspects as well. Job security is not there.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given

Company working process is very good and staff are very supportive, team work and friendly, design of building very nice and also excellent quality of service

Overall here here good for any employee,Good environment,better career growth.Here no issue about salary .Company always using best technology in different field. Company provide car for company work.

Company management not good so,work not complete on the time .No one care about employee. Everytimes , i have to work 14-18 hours.24 hours attending client complaints. No training facilities here .
