Lack of Software like SAP-ERP.

There is value of sycophants only. If u are non-technical but doing slippery of any top management person then there are more chances of your promotion which can took u to higher level. Company is completely managed and operated by the family members of Chairman whether they are non-technical and inexperienced. There are zero job security u can loose your job by a call of head office because of retrenchment.

Zero job security and less salary in comparison of work.

Being a senior you have the authority to satisfy the customer. Omaxe also goes beyond the company policy to satisfy the customer. Omaxe helping their employees and associate beoind the limit

Salary should be on time. Work from home should be there for men employees

omaxe having very bad working environment for employees. somehow we mannage working environment but they delay salary really disturbing.In 1st lockdown they told some staff that u are without pay and when company resume work,than they call u.

It enables one to work freely and with full ownership. Salary is on time , also company provide bachelor accomodation .

Dislikes

Innovation is not appreciated, poor work-life balance. Also, if you even indulged properly with your manager there are other aspects as well. Job security is not there.
