omaxe having very bad working environment for employees. somehow we mannage working environment but they delay salary really disturbing.In 1st lockdown they told some staff that u are without pay and when company resume work,than they call u.

Company working process is very good and staff are very supportive, team work and friendly, design of building very nice and also excellent quality of service

Only salary paid system not good, timing of salary not expected

No scope of promotion nd growth without butter putting.very less salary offered can u imagine rs 8000 for civil engineer fresher?.this is disgusting

Top officers having no degree or qualification.only basis is their hometown.one with the same hometown of cmd will get benefit.very partial behaviour

Being a senior you have the authority to satisfy the customer. Omaxe also goes beyond the company policy to satisfy the customer. Omaxe helping their employees and associate beoind the limit

Salary should be on time. Work from home should be there for men employees

It enables one to work freely and with full ownership. Salary is on time , also company provide bachelor accomodation .

Dislikes

Innovation is not appreciated, poor work-life balance. Also, if you even indulged properly with your manager there are other aspects as well. Job security is not there.
