Pathetic work experience no job security even for COO. COO and CHRO fired without giving proper notice. Salary cut and delay is normal. Not suggested to join.

...pany they wont bear me anymore since there is also no culture of work from home. They put me in leave without pay now. Is it my fault that they wont have work from home culture??? Or is it my fault i cant go due to covid to company.??

HR department is horrible and only works on troubling employees.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
