Good if you are are very young & dont mind wasting one year of your life for sightseeing the country. Otherwise there is 0 % potential for learning , growth or exposure

...r roles & the only thing they do is take their frustration out on staff below 5. Salary is pathetically low 6. There is no HR in case you need to talk to someone 7. HOD is the god, he can fire you anytime without any reason 8 . You will be expected to work for locals who are employed but do not work 9. Organization working culture is extremely demoralizing 10. Come & work for them as a last resort when you try everywhere else but dont get & job or only to live in Oman free for a year as a tourist

Company owners are Good.I have worked for 21 years&never delayed salary by one day.

Company owners started giving Profitsharing to CEO&CEO is working with short terms goal of Making profit for him self ,instead of working on long term growth.Company choosen wrong CEO with short term vision.New CEO is only removing staff to increasing his Commission.

Very Nice company to work with, it was like a working with a dream company, work infrastructure and other facilities provided to employees are just out of the world.

.../ dawn fall in Auto mobile sector company has stopped promotions and appraisals. Rest everything is good always salary on or before time.

Seeing from outside looking good.. there is no proper work culture in some division. Unnecessarily giving pressure to mid level staffs.. Top management knows the fact but middle management giving pressure without any proper process and system. Lot of employees Left

Company has a strong background as the Chairman is a very great person, helpful to employees & had strong culture.

People in the top management are least bothered about their team appraisal, performance reviews where performers go unnoticed.
