Not Good Department Head No Job Security No Increment No HR Policy Asking for keeping passport for 2 years No leave 10 omr 2000rs bonus With the name of increament they will give 10 omr Food expenses and all we have to spends own Very less salary offering to people HR and Department Head not trustworthy

Good working environment. Company provides good accommodation. If any covid related symptoms , then company given good back up for employees. .... Etc.

Dislikes

Salary not increased bond period like 2yrs. Lot of politics. If anybady want to emergency leave, will be paid 2months salary...

1.No growth 2.No promotion 3.increamnt after every three years 4.increamnt only 5%. 5.Harassment by managers for extended hours working 12 hours 6. Very less over time for extended hourz. 7. There is no policy for all 8.person to person diffenrt policy 10.They wil say medical is free but if aome thing major happens they will kick u out 11.akways strugle to go home.
