Good working environment. Company provides good accommodation. If any covid related symptoms , then company given good back up for employees. .... Etc.

Dislikes

Salary not increased bond period like 2yrs. Lot of politics. If anybady want to emergency leave, will be paid 2months salary...

1.No growth 2.No promotion 3.increamnt after every three years 4.increamnt only 5%. 5.Harassment by managers for extended hours working 12 hours 6. Very less over time for extended hourz. 7. There is no policy for all 8.person to person diffenrt policy 10.They wil say medical is free but if aome thing major happens they will kick u out 11.akways strugle to go home.
