Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Oman Mining Co.LLC Oman Govt.owned.Having its own Copper Ore,Gold Ore 5nos.of Mines. Open pit and incline.tunnels.in addition to mines there were CONCENTRATE PLANT,PELLET PLANT,SMELTER,CASTING UNIT,TO MAKE ANODES AND REFINERY AS WELL TO GET 99.9 CATHODES Which exports to LME.LONDON METAL EXCHANGE.from there sold to globle market. In my life never found such a company like heaven.. Initially in 1981there was 100%expats working worldwide.later on due to omanisation up to 90%. I, myself retired in 2016. I miss Oman Mining. Thankyou.
