Dislikes

Very political company There are some employees who are working from last 8-10 years in he same company with same positions , they do politics and do not let me new people settle in. No HR policies , nothing. They can fire anyone at anytime , attrition rate over here is extremely high.

The management and owners are unapproachable and does not communicate effectively with the team. They have no regard for employee concerns or suggestions.

Dislikes

Working with them is like a revolving door, employees comes and go frequently. In khan market, you will always find vacancy. No sense of stability or long term growth. Head HR is completely busted and waste.

Dislikes

Basically CM & GC just hire people for 5-6 months , they are not looking at employees , they are looking at puppets for organization. So called head HR Saba is clueless , just trying to save her job that's it. The Retail Head / CEO have no say in front of CM . CM trusts junior level employees for the feedback , who in return just give negative feedback , just to impress the owners. ALL in all stupid work place with no proper system at all. Do not join here , this place will spoil your mental happiness ,The owners are completely biased towards lower level employees !

Liked the range of merchandise

Dislikes

Company Ethics, how staff were spoken to & treated, no value for employees, no work life balance, HR with only a face value, zero learning, no growth prospects, no succession planning, highest attrition observed in any retail company in the past 12 years, staff were made to spend for travelling out of city and made to wait for months to receive reimbursement.

The only thing to like is the staff members, they are nice and friendly

Dislikes

Rest every thing is bad, the management is not good, they treat their senior resources very badly. The work culture is very toxic.
