Full politics. They don't promotes skills and intelligence. Every decision is taken by director. No power is in the hands of HR or HOD. Always talking about cost cutting at the time of increment..... No career growth is there.

I LIKE THE TEAM MEMBERS BUT MANAGER IS NOT GOOD EVEN MANAGER IS THE REASON FOR LEAVING THAT COMPANY IN SUCH A SHORT PERIOD, HE MAKE PRESSURE OF WITHOUT REASON AND SALARY IS TOO POOR. MANAGING DIRECTOR'S BEHAVIOR IS SO NICE AND HE CARES ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES NEEDS.

MANAGER IS TOO BAD WHO SPREADS POLITICS AND IN WHOLE OFFICE, MISGUIDE MD AND ALSO SALARY IS POOR, AND MD IS TOTALLY DEPENDS ON MGR THAT IS THE LEAK POINT FOR WHICH GOOD EMPLOYEES IS NOT STAY FOR LONG TIME.FORGET INCREMENTS, THE MOST IMPORTANT THING THEY DEDUCT SALARY FOR SUCH A LITTLE AND NONSENSE THINGS LIKE NOT WEARING ID CARD ETC....

Bilkul bekar company... HOD Rajeev Gupta ek no ka sanki aadmi hai dimag ka.. Interview ke time par kehta hai 3 months and 6 months me fresher ke salrey badegi...but jab time aata hai to kehta hai performance nahi hai... Khud jaanbhoojhkar Employe se galti karwata hai or salrey me se paise kaat kar shipper ko deta ha.. shipper isko comession dete hai... company ka paisa apni jeb me bhar raha hai.. Employe ko dhamki deta hai ki tera carrier barbad kar dunga... Manager Sunita & HR Abhisha bhe iske under kaam karti hai... Ye company Fresher ko trap me fasakar unki majboori ka phayda uthati hai and jab wo kaam chodta hai to F&F aur salary kuch nhi dete and na hi releving letter dete.
