Managements decision to keep the work from home culture permanent. Work from home gives you more work life and personal life balance hence you can be more productive at both sides. I have to admit that here you find the best incentive plan that i don't think another organizations offering currently.

...enever it suits them and they have fired hundreds of agents while I was working. The management is terrible and the pay is pitiful.

The salary was decent and the working hours were flexible.

The HR department was inconsiderate and unprofessional. The trainers differentiate on basis of color and was quite racist. With a white trainee she was very considerate but she did not even bother listening to an Indian trainee. Considering how big the topic of racism has become, think of an Indian company promoting that! I can probably name the trainer here but don't want to defy the Laws of Ethics but I can tell you one thing - I know that the money aspect is imp for each and every individual including me, but do not just take on jobs with high income but zero level of ethics and professionalism. Be mindful as this can go ignored and we will be the one facing consequences be it mentally or emotionally. Also , The HR department is so ignorant as they don't even specify all the details of the job and the process leading to it. So basically, you take the offer, then you realize oh that's the process now but you are now too late to say yes to some other company for whatever reasons and then you are left to ponder as to why was an important piece of information not told or stated anywhere, before being offered a position. The company is mind-blowingly talented in the HR department.

The salaries are on time and unlike any other company any incentive generated comes with current month salary itself without any waiting period which is a great thing....And the total shift time is 8 hrs that is 7hrs +1 hr break which is a plus.

Dislikes

The biggest problem with the company is that they can change your salary and incentive at any point . In past 5 months salary change was proposed twice to me and This is absolute bizarre how someone can offer a salary and 4 months later you realize that you cant give that salary anymore and that too for a multinational company. Absolutely disappointing.
