Company policies are good ,and bonus are every year also appraisals are fair. But No cafeteria in compound and no any gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

If you want a security in your job than Om Logistics is best as if you done something wrong unintentionally while working here then they will have you many chances to prove yourself.
