it is a complete new industry for me, so it is an excellent learning opportunity. I am always given the liberty to think differently - which I admire the most. Directors are very supportive. I must appreciate the Top Management's stand during the lockdown period. All the employees have been taken care of financially as far possible.

Dislikes

I won't say I dislike but rather better to say the areas of improvement where I feel down the line I can contribute based on my prior industry experiences like More stringent methodology in Process Control, Quality Control, Overall Production Planning, Maintenance etc.
