Everything for an example i started working on 1st may in so called company the salary for the month of may i recived it in the month of June the plot twist it was on date of 18th it was just 10k. But the word given from them was in between 1-5 soo annoying

There's nothing to like there , they have made an empire with the cut salary of those poor employee. All they do is scamming poor customers as well as employees , they provide rs 7500 in still 2022 per agent . Just imagine how pathetic it is...the salary date of the company is 15 every month. Also they creates fake rumours and conspiracy inside the office and some of the targeted agent so that their life becomes horrible. IT IS TOTALLY INSANE COMPANY .GUYS DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU REALLY DONT WANNA BE A FOOL WHO SELLS HIS HIP FOR 7500 RS.

As i worked at Om innovation my overall experience was so excellent. They Giving all the Facilities like Environmental structure, learning, job security, training etc. But i liked the most Their Environment was too good.

Om innovation call services is a BPO sector of Airtel DTH. Here people who do not recharge, get those people whose packets are expensive, reduce the package and remove them by renting them monthly to recharge.
