Everything for an example i started working on 1st may in so called company the salary for the month of may i recived it in the month of June the plot twist it was on date of 18th it was just 10k. But the word given from them was in between 1-5 soo annoying

Their company salary was to late every employees sufurs from varitical issue from their own problems , also we consult to our seniors but anyone employees get any type of help from our company so, I requested that kindly didn't spoil your carrier and get take your desion to get approve yourself at BPO Executive at other company

They are not providing salary on correct time.. They delaying it 10 to 15 days And many times i saw the company employees expect associates they taking personal revenge against associate 's work and that will leeds to terminations. And they are not following correct rotational weekoffs.. Some moth's i got only 3 week offs. Here,Even may 1 also working day.. Some days e are stugle to get drinking water.. For me working at om innovations was a wast and very disappointed experience ever in my life

There's nothing to like there , they have made an empire with the cut salary of those poor employee. All they do is scamming poor customers as well as employees , they provide rs 7500 in still 2022 per agent . Just imagine how pathetic it is...the salary date of the company is 15 every month. Also they creates fake rumours and conspiracy inside the office and some of the targeted agent so that their life becomes horrible. IT IS TOTALLY INSANE COMPANY .GUYS DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU REALLY DONT WANNA BE A FOOL WHO SELLS HIS HIP FOR 7500 RS.

Egoistic upper management, late salary. Ahmedabad branch office is no longer working since 1st September 2022. Without 1 month notice period released employees (as per the employees gupshup).
