They will deduct your salary without any reason will give you unachievable targets extended working hours if you are unable to achieve the target. Harassment by management very unprofessional behaviour if you have any other option please don't join there they will not allow you to talk with your colleagues.no leave policy

... Leaders are cheaters here,they took their own closures from team members' cv. - They don't pay anything on time be it Salary or Certificate - They will over pressurise you for many things

...alance Everyone from director to HR is a fraud and lier. Dont join this company. They will deduct and hold your salary. THey wont provide any documents as well.

...tions. Has no market knowledge. Don't spoil your career by joining this company. They hold the salary, even deduct the salary without any reason. Management won't support you in anything. Pathetic nd worst management. Better to be unemployed than work in this garbage place. They have a software that tracks each second of activity that you do in your system...they don't trust their employees. They just want you to work like labourer. It's not a company it's a Dukan whose owner is a third class person, even the senior manager who just wants to save his job...he make unrealistic commitment with the management regarding the target and when team is not able to achieve that he instead of supporting makes them suffer. No work culture in this company...every month rules and policies are changed as per their requirement. Their simple attitude is if anyone is not able to perform instead of doing something to enhance his/ her performance they terminate him or issue him/her PIP. They just work on hire and fire mode...I pray to God that their company just goes into deep loss and they suffer as they have made so many employees in the past and present suffer.
