It was my first job ; this was the only liking.

Extremely strict timings ; extremely strict leave criteria ;you get salary of 30 days on or after 15th of next month throught the year ( greedy in actual). No overtime compensation. With 6 days working a week ; No holiday on republic day or holi or lohri or call it any festival or national holiday. Personal life is thrashed to the end. If someone is in problem, they want help but they will take benefit of your situation and kill you from inside. Lot of lectures about professionalism but never followed in case of employee. Not employee e friendly at all. If the person is dying to earn, then he/she should join it, else I won't recommend this company even to my enemy. From the experience, I have lost faith from working in private company anymore.

Nothing to like about working at om careers. For any graduate or any person it is a living nightmare company. There are just pain in Ears and head Kindly safe yourself from these type of companies Look after genuine opportunities

...c managers make you feel undervalued, resulting in increased stress and burnout. Low salary, zero Growth Opportunities Work timings are also horrible Alternative names of companies are used to hire candidate in om careers, These manipulation tricks

They will deduct your salary without any reason will give you unachievable targets extended working hours if you are unable to achieve the target. Harassment by management very unprofessional behaviour if you have any other option please don't join there they will not allow you to talk with your colleagues.no leave policy

...ehaviour is very bad for his employees, very bad environment, tooo much presure. Deduct the salary without any reason, and forced the employees to resigned.

... Leaders are cheaters here,they took their own closures from team members' cv. - They don't pay anything on time be it Salary or Certificate - They will over pressurise you for many things
