One of the worst places to work. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking to make a career in publishing.

...rk life balance. The owners don't trust employees, no leaves given to employees. If you take leave your salary will get deducted, if you come late or step outside office for 5 minutes your salary will get deducted. Salary is given by cheque and that too on 8/9 of every month and it takes 3 days to get your cheque cleared, so that they can earn interest over that amount. During book festival they will ask you to come every saturday and sunday without paying extra.Nobody is paid on time be it printers,authors, employees.

Good co-workers. Most deserve to be in much better organizations.

Dislikes

Terrible management. Only 12 leaves in a year. Saturdays working. No sick leaves. 0 work-life balance. Horrible work environment. Inconvenient work hours. No employee benefits. No PF/cafetaria/no work from home/no transport....nothing!

We are given time to learn, get equipped and put our work and experience into practice. Accounts maintained quite well and most of the times busy due to pressure of sales and targets to achieve.

Dislikes

Exposure to other organisations / events, managing people should be improved...
