Team structures are not better compared to other edtech companies. It’s good for freshers to learn new skills and move on to other companies with good packages.

Dislikes

Appraisal will be hold at the last minutes, for senior there is no chances of new learning.

Work-life balance is there. People will respect your decision and will always listen to your opinions.

Dislikes

Career Growth is slow and there are very limited things to learn. If you're looking for a company with decent pay then this one is perfect.
