... Ingex Botanicals, Ingex Labs, etc.) System is not inplace and don't want to be. Not releasing salary even after proper resignations and serving full notice period. Leading by uneducated and unexperienced persons at dept incharge. Even executives are leading departments so can't able to maintain proper decorum. Can fire any one without any notice even if he or she is working from last many years. In some cases if anyone wants to leave then they expell the person on the same day and didn't even release the fnf. Can't able to sustain even suppliers. Processes are not streamlined so a big issues is there to implement systems and when the management is not supportive to implement it. People take on their ego if some leads to do so.

...inded and not allow to take own decision and also no ethics in company policies. Salary is not giving on time and no growth

If you work hard , company will take care of you , or else it is not a place for adjustment or smart work. Politics is there , but just avoid and concentrate on work nothing else matters

Politics , and spywork for management , They wont work but enjoy the benefits from others work
