Company is good but trainers are very rude and they creating lots of politics lots of mentally harassment during training periods .

Lots of politics . Salary is very less according working hours . Irresponsible managers . Here therapist works an important role after every procedure they have to handle front desk work . Soo not at all worth . Highly not recommended .

I also like the collaborate and innovative work environment at Oliva. It is very encouraging and helps me think out of the box. I am surrounded by many highly skilled professionals who are passionate and dedicated, this is very encouraging. Also, the leadership is forward thinking and creating a dynamic workplace culture that fosters growth and learning for everyone.

One aspect that is challenging is the constant drive for perfection in all digital initiatives. This pursuit for perfection pushes us hard at times.

Very grounded organisation and the approach towards anything here is very much backed by logic. It’s a very employee centric organisation and one can be rest assured of a good work life balance here along with opportunities to learn and scale up professionally.

Awful uneducated managers are surrounded with 0 knowledge of ethics . AOM SANGHAMITRA BANIK IS A Shit and her mannerless managers like soma Chanda & Susmita is absolutely not correct persons to work with. On top the management is absolutely scattered
