The Indian politicians are far better than these people. Monopoly is horrible and management support is extremely poor. The 4 people who are working currently will spoil your career very easily and without any reason. No basic discipline, No basic policy, people are unprofessional. If you have a dream for good career goal, this company is not for you. Mark my words here you will loose all your skills and need to face too much of monopoly just cos of one negative person. No promotion. No healthy computation. Designation is just for name sake. Nothing to learn. No growth. This is not at all MNC. (Seems like MNC but It is a trading company). There are many more things which cannot be exposed. Very poor management.

Such a unprofessional people I have ever seen in my career…they call it as MNC but it’s a trading company without any basic policy, discipline, professionalism. No promotion, no respect for people, no extra skills. There are only few people who are recently joined in this organisation are good. All old employees will dominate on others and monopoly horrible it is.

Dislikes

90% unethical people…just 4people in this company doesn’t like new employees, they are controlling the management. For your words there is no value. If you want to spoil your career please you can join here. Politics is common problem in every company but here it is too much. If you are honesty, workaholic, career oriented this place is not for you. For ladies please don’t ever try here. There one lady she doesn’t like women only.
