...athroom wash but please dont go in a worst company OLECTRA GREENTECH SOLUTION .Company increment of the employee salary by 5k rupees bt when he gave the resign HR says u have to pay company 21k which we gave increment so think what the level of this company . Im here from june2022 and now its jan2023 bt still i didnt recieve my ID card, Safety Shoes,Uniform,Medical card. At time of joining there is no written policy company provided or told to joiner when they want to resign the job then HR tells u the policies jst please claps for this worst company......
Now company is terrible once take over by meil group. No work life balance and undue pressure by MD kv pradeep. Company tries to find fault in your work and try to hold your f&f in case you leave.

I think I expect good salary and job from uh.. More then 15000...! There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address Salary is decent our but issues. career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Some employees at managerial level is totally scared of not being fired and many people dont let you grow within the organization. No sound work ethics.
