Best Supportive Managers I have ever seen. Both Sous chef and Senior sous chef are very dedicated and supportive to there team. And No words fo r extremely dedicated excutive chef. Company take care of each and every employee.

I worked in old world hospitality for five and half years but you won’t believe how time got passes away. When I joined things were little bit difficult for me but by the time I got adjusted there . But this pandemic did wrong with whole world and with us also we are no where now no job no work no earning family people can’t survive in this situation I request IHC head office to please take care of us as we were under them . Because it’s a matter of at least two three hundred families I personally request to IHC please take care of us as we were working for you last twenty years Thank you Regards Chef Pankaj sharma Degree holder (government hotel management college of India)

Being true, but there are few foxes in the peaceful forests. Every private sector company must have "intelligence units" to view the activities of the employees, directly headed by the owner's or faithful management member.

Supportive Staff and Managers, Good incentives and Benefits. (This review is not for entire Old World Hospitality, this is only for Comorin outlet which is in Gurgaon)

Dislikes

You can't maintain work life balance as you have to work either in break shifts or 11-12 hours without any OT. If you are fresher then it's a great organisation for you but after 1 or 2 years there is no career growth and increment in salary.

Owner of the company likes people who just listen to them and don't use their brains..if you will have good suggestion to give them they will upfrontly tell you not to use your brain. And later they will use your suggestion. In morning meeting all the HODs go and never discuss issues which are important. Salarywise, no increment happens in this company if you can do buttering of management then you can get little increase in your salary
