The company is open to new ideas and encourages it's employees to give their inputs in almost all the tasks. A person working, can develop a sense of responsibility and satisfaction. He can work comfortable with the availability of flexible working hours. The company is strict with meeting the deadlines. However, the employee can experience a friendly environment around him.

Dislikes

At present the company is in the development stage and hence you can't expect a full time job or salary for the work you have done.

The mentors were very helping and there were many fellow interns where i could collaborate with.

Dislikes

It was a complete remote internship. And it was unpaid. None of the interns, including our mentor was paid. So the code quality was also not good and very old tech was used.

Likes

To work with olcademy is very very nice I say. I got so much knowledge. Work environment, team mates are too good. On facing difficulties seniors encourage us. It is best place to learn, gain and explore your ideas.

Dislikes

I don't think their is anything that i dislike about olcademy organization.
