Kimberly Clark Policies and facilities are very good but as per the region specially in gulf there is no equal opportunity for everyone racism is very often inside the factory whether its on production floor or office work wage rate is very attractive compare to the industry but there is no growth for expatriates and have to perform extra task because management give exceptions to the local employees. I suggest if anybody wants to join Kimberly Clark in Saudi Arabia then he should go for it but maximum 2 years in those years he should plan for his own business in his home country.

Racism, Not equal opportunity for expatriates and do not consider on talent base for promotions.
