Olayan Descon is very reputeable multinational company dealing with different clients.S.Aramco,Sabic,Semi Aramco and Non Aramco Clients in different descipline like Mechanical,Civil,E&I,Manufacturing,Erection etc. Alhamdulillah this company is very Good and having very good links with market as well.

being a quality person. there is no limit of quality.

Nothing I liked as this company is place all are doing everything except proper technical work.

Its engineering manager doest know anything about proper engineering and busy to do partiality and politics with people who are not telling much.

Very Good Experience, I seen more than 25 years people's are working in the same company, No pressure in work, Good Management,

Only approval of Annual leave process is delaying, They will say complete the project and go if u r a good worker.

I like most of the things about Olayan Descon Company just like I learn many things from my workmates the work environment is good , management is good and the most important thing I like most that is salary on time. As we know that we all came here to make money money to survive our family so this is the best quality of our company.

I can't say any thing about dislike nothing to say about our company dislike but one thing I have to say that visa must be olayan descon.
