Very very toxic culture and management also HR not helping you...no work life balance, no presnol life, no Sunday, no holiday. Working time is - morning 9 am to 1 am ( every day) 🥺😔 If you are married definitely you will geeting divoce.. brother,s don't make your CV and life sick.

literally there is no Work life balance Managers from non automobile background and no idea what to do (its a shit show almost every dep in service) have to work until 2 or 3 am for most of the days , No week off. Poor/no long-term strategies. No SOPs . Late night meetings ( there is no positive outcome on those meetings ) . Terrible HR Dep (no idea what is going , they dont know who is working where and do what,)100% corporate culture and not automobile culture (in workshop as well).

- Points -HR not helpful at all. -Relieving process worst they took 65 days from LWD for fnf and Reliving letter. - 45 earned leaves availables (in 2 years) but they not let us to take due to work load also there is no encashment policy - No Appraisal yearly basis. - Process should be follow but no one following in mgt. - late working and meetings in late night as well many times.

Everything bull shit here, there is one guy his name is Manjunath Oovappa, he is targetting everyday on me. He using rash, brutal & f*** words, he took more than 2 or 3meetings everyday in online and discussing sales everyday. If one day we go with zero sale he said go out of the Company and put the resign else will send the termination letter. The HR mentioned in appointment letter 48hrs per week but in sales field 11 to 12 hrs per day. As a EC Manager we have to lift the Store shutter and by EOD we should close it. Opening hours 9/9.30am to 8.30 or above (10pm). Totally I missing health and life.

Worst culture ever. Extreme stress and pressure from the top to complete the tasks within a premature deadline. Thankfully the worst CTO level executive has quit. He was downright abusive and filthy in his language to his colleagues and subordinates. Yet, the problem remains bcoz the man at the top himself has a temper problem towards his colleagues and subordinates. If he does not like someones face- that person is asked to leave on the spot. That's how bad and judgemental it is.
