No there is no proper way of work no availablity like tr scooter , fainancer , communication between senior is not good always talk rudly and say resgin dal de bhai , if some new joiners join the teamand work only two dys after say bhai nah hai sale to resgin dal de if someone entre your company wait paintce dont give sudden presure and compan ysay this is on rol job secure job no secure job

They think they own your life cause they pay you. Wherever you are in the world, if you're giving birth in a labour room you're expected to be on call at the same time and reach the office immediately after birth, preferably you should schedule your c-section accordingly to the CEO's schedule so that you're visibly in the office 24x7, 365 days a year
