Management not good hiring high paid salary and when they don't they ll remove it no job security all manger coming to same company uneducated person behaviour like ..all days working day ..one of worst company in my life not work wise and management side

Decent salary You will enjoy ur work if you are in ur core field in this company

...h you work for company . Dont work for this company if you have other options dont even work for higher salary. No holidays even during festivals like diwali holi etc etc you wont even get overtime pay for those days . If they feel like there's more work load they will call you even on weekends. From management side they will say lots of things but later on they will not stand up for those words . 0% trust

Learning and compensation. Great for learning but the company needs to slow down.

Work life balance is given least priority. Even when work is completed in 9 hours, the managers will ask us to stay till late nights just to review the work.

Everything! If you are a fresher, don't consider this, consider other options even if the salary is 50%. There is absolutely no policy. They will not give the role according to job description.

Actually, I like the skills I’ve developed, and the salary is good, but there are no promotions or appraisals available here. Additionally, my reporting manager has not recommended me for better position.

Working hours are very long here like 10-11 hrs every day.
