Pathetic working hours ,around 15-16 hrs per day without break. U can't plan your off or leave . Production plan changes all of sudden. No job security. Anybody can be sent out without any strong reason. No guarantee of variable pay and increment. Employees are treated like sugarcane. They take juice and throw away employees. HR has no role to play exception boarding and de- boarding. If you want to work be ready to take breakfast, lunch and dinner in Plant canteen.

Currently i don't like anything about ola service, but our senior technician was very helpfull

Very dissatisfied with the working Coulter, we working overtime without any extra payment, we buy tools from our salary, company doesn't provide any tools

There is very good salary & incentive benefits Good place for freshers

There is very poor management There is very poor response from hr no one will know you like after placements There is poor timing to work They will offer you as a third party payroll (on contract) There is no leaves or holiday on festival

...tomer. He strategise to sell all the bad scooters telling lies to the customers. I hate working here, I get a very good salary but soon I will get divorced because there is no work-life balance
