Currently i don't like anything about ola service, but our senior technician was very helpfull

Dislikes

Very dissatisfied with the working Coulter, we working overtime without any extra payment, we buy tools from our salary, company doesn't provide any tools

...tomer. He strategise to sell all the bad scooters telling lies to the customers. I hate working here, I get a very good salary but soon I will get divorced because there is no work-life balance

... Always depend on ECL Always work on targets without seeing group level issues. No hike No increment No incentive No holidays no week offs Pathetic work environment.

Work Culture is Pathetic for Sales Guys. No holiday not even national or govt holiday holi, diwali nothing.. Long working hours. Late scooter delivery No upper level support. Everything to be done by brand Champion from sales to Service related help to solving customer query.
