There are lots of gaps in management and employees. Hire and fire policy, no job security. Suddenly you got call don't come from tomorrow put your resignation. Working time is also not good they pressuring to work from morning 8:30am to night 9pm All team members are rude not provide proper structure and support for work. Very disappoint to work in ola group.

The management and the reporting manager does not carry the professionalism. Still they have not processed my salary after submitting company assets. I have been keep on raising the mail request, even the HR wasn't replying for the solution. Such a scams they do for an employee as well as customer giving fake promises. Worst experience in my entire carrier

It's like nothing.NO SELF-RESPECT,NOT AT ALL SALARY SATISFACTION,NO WORK LIFE BALANCE,NO UPRAISAL.SEEMS LIKE DEGREE IS JUST A WASTE.KNOWLEDGE IS NOTHING..SEEMS LIKE ALL HAVE CAME FROM REFERRAL.

Hardly anything at all.. except that the salary is paid on time- end of the month.

Worst culture ever. Extreme stress and pressure from the top to complete the tasks within a premature deadline. Thankfully the worst CTO level executive has quit. He was downright abusive and filthy in his language to his colleagues and subordinates. Yet, the problem remains bcoz the man at the top himself has a temper problem towards his colleagues and subordinates. If he does not like someones face- that person is asked to leave on the spot. That's how bad and judgemental it is.

Actually, I like the skills I’ve developed, and the salary is good, but there are no promotions or appraisals available here. Additionally, my reporting manager has not recommended me for better position.

Dislikes

Working hours are very long here like 10-11 hrs every day.
