Nothing is good in ola ...ground all are working, benefits have been using by manager and asm & rsm

Salary and benefits are excellent also the training session are good but product training timings are not good. Company lot helped me in my Skill development.

No there is no proper way of work no availablity like tr scooter , fainancer , communication between senior is not good always talk rudly and say resgin dal de bhai , if some new joiners join the teamand work only two dys after say bhai nah hai sale to resgin dal de if someone entre your company wait paintce dont give sudden presure and compan ysay this is on rol job secure job no secure job

Job security Internal politics Hierarchy ego No appraisal and growth. You can make money through sales but there is no place to utilise the money because of the work.
