Everything is perfect in the company because.of the managers of hyderabad company has equality in all employees. And you just have to show your performance and growth to the company.

All managers who are sitting in banglore are totally useless they hired to gives you 40-50% hike from your suitable work and suddenly you got call after 5-6 months from HR team Vijayanti margassary or Deepa pillai to put your resignation otherwise we will terminate you and you will not get any salary they will continue call you (I got 7-8 calls with in hour). There is no future no planning no proper structure to perform. Bhavish agrawal and top management team is totally stupid they always play with the emotions of employees not provide proper work culture. If you want to spoil your future then join ola. They suddenly shut down the business of ola cars and ola food and calling to employees for resign. My all blessings to shut down all the ola business.if there is no soft heart for employees then ola will not deserving for good.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Lots of issue No management, lack of support, huge gap between planning and execution, no job security
