Many people's will think that Ola is just for booking cabs, but no bcuz it also have a internal schem like insurance sales, ELectric Vehicle development, passion.

Dislikes

If peoples book a cab, without knowing them Ola will generate the policies and force them to pay the premium for the same.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Team mates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling, company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees

working at ola is just awesome I have never seen any organization which allows employees to act on their own but abiding by company guidelines. They give us freedom asks to use our strategies.

Dislikes

there is nothing specif to dislike but the way recruitment is done is seems shocking there are low pay to the employees who comes from the same educational backgrounds.

...ard from my few friends who still working there... there Job security is sick... But when I worked there all were good like management, process, shifts, salary package etc... But now it's not that much great to choose the job in this company... This is my major opinion....

Dislikes

Mainly management, HR panels,, managers and other top most people... No job security there in this company... They will fire in the name for company standards And ZTV or ZTP just like that as we all knew in covid-19 they fired thousands of employees...

Likes

The colleagues were really awesome in terms of their skills and friendliness naturewise. The cab facility (only before 7AM and after 7PM) is safe and good with their own tracking system which makes life easier.

Dislikes

The salary is quite good but they are quite slow in terms of increments or double pay. Very bad leave management systems from the team leaders. The work-life balance is somehow disturbed because of no understanding of personal or unexpected health issues. The appraisal parameters are changed last moment if they see most of them are eligible for 5 stars...they make it more difficult at the last moment of the increment.
