Good work environment.Salary hike every year .There is huge cafeteria and gaming.There is trip planning for every six month. Teammates are transparent. Team leaders are very friendly

There is no guaranteed for job .There is no bonus . Career grouth is slow .

working at ola is just awesome I have never seen any organization which allows employees to act on their own but abiding by company guidelines. They give us freedom asks to use our strategies.

there is nothing specif to dislike but the way recruitment is done is seems shocking there are low pay to the employees who comes from the same educational backgrounds.
