Ola is the awesome place to work in terms of job satisfaction,work culture,salary, appraisal etc.,As far as my knowledge is concern this is a dream co. for any one who is Woking in any MNC or Private co. Here in ola people get freedom to work,I don't have words to describe how good this co is for me as well as the other employees.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates sopprt and management transparent. Company policies are good, salary hike and bonus every year and give reimbursement for travelling for every months.

Am handling Bangalore international airport P2 parking slot. Around 300cars parking place my hand. And 20 executive and ola drivers. My responsibilities when customer arrivals to airport. Am arranging ola cabs to customer. And executive rosters. Daily reporting to maneger. 8hours duty. 3shifts. And every day am following excel sheets.

My salary package for month 30k. Plus 5k pass fair.

don't like a marked filed work ,,, some time i handle the field work but , full time i dot't handle the field work
