Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is not transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but not pay timely.

Okinawa will not pay salaries on time ,on every point time 3 to 4 months salary will be on hold with company,MD is biggest culprit, they will cut your income tax for whole year but they won't deposit to Govt, they will give even form 16 , it's such a ch----++ company. Don't join this company & spoil your life

Nothing to like , when Company MD Jitendra Sharma is unable to pay salaries,still expect dealers & employees to him without 6 months salary, Chapri company,Chapri MD,plz don't join & screw your life.

MD Jitendra Sharma does business with employees salaries ,From money collected from dealers, His money is always safe in bank & in property,Sirji if you incapable sell u r company to any atleast they will run the company

...k life is pretty much balanced ...... FOR NON WORKING LADIES OR HOUSEWIVES...... THEY HAVE TO SIT AND THAT'S ALL SALARY WILL BE CREDITED ON TIME..... ONLY SIT AND DO TIMEPASS......

...his company even after serving notice period properly and I was one of them .... also salary didn't come in proper time as well as TA & DA also........HR POLICY IS REALLY WORST........ Also Assistant HR's Behaviour is very bad and Rude really disappointed with it.....so my humble request to all my colleagues please do not serve notice period here.....
