Good working environment and culture at okie VENTURES. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and Gaming arcade for youngsters. company policies are good , appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike .

Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Very very supportive organisations every performing employees are getting salaries on their targets achivement as per company terms conditions.

Non performing employees are getting salaries due to non performance. It's company not charitable trust that they will pay without any performance.

... kaam kar raha hu company bhot acchi hai aur time sab chiz provide karwati hai.. salary expenses distributors stock services and all. Hr backend team bhot supportive hai.

Targets achivement nahi hone pe variable dete hai but targets hone incentive and sab dete.

I am working here in central Gujarat as ASM .....but they never give TADA ....and salary on time ....they need business as per they wants and needs .... Never give brand support and schme for the customers . No stability and not wealthy with company. Fill it's fraud and make fool all experience person and educated person who need job...
