Ok Zimbabwe is a big company it offers a good training and you learn more about refrigeration.The team work is good because we have the same vision and goal of completing tasks,for example if someone faces difficulties with a refrigerator we help as a team.The salaries are oky and it has good jod security.We specialize with commercial refrigerator for example multiplex,simplex,ZX and air conditioning

Work load is high and become repetition

It is offering me with a good training.The teammates is ok , they want every trainee how come at this organization to know how to repair, service and install refrigerators.It have job security because they offer permanent contracts to their workers.Salaries are ok.It is not involved in politics

i like being a team player contributing a lot especially to my department in perishables refrigeration department for satisfy customers with fresh products.

sometimes i dislike poor communication and late decision making within the managers.
