Owner are theives they rob you of salary they dont deposit PF i m leaving this company before completeing 6 month do not join joi a job with lesser salary trust me on this on hope this was useful

Cheep environment All director senior behave like 3rd class.. And no management. Salary timing after one Month 15 days after. So bad management company.

...ent no work deviation, Accounts section no manpower and work load is so so high. Salary too delay.

... nothing to like about this company. Its more like a Munsi Ji type lala company. No proper TA/DA, neither salary on time. Delayed for more then 3 months.

It's a lala company. The sales head and rsm are munsi ji, morning meeting payment kitna aayega evening meeting payment kitna aaya...Dats it. No discussion on salary and ta/da, if you discuss you are indiscipline, integrity issues and you are not professional.. Logic died after joining the company.

1. Salary never comes on time 2. In the situation of covid they deducted 50% salary till December month still company is working 3.company culture is not good family based company and their own rules to follow

Bad company environment, no one gives you clear picture.... You won't have appointment letter even after 3 months of joining...no leaves for 6 months .... Not even CL .... Just baap ki company and baap ka rule .... No govt policy applies
