Salary is good being an oil & gas psu. Work load is manageable.

Dislikes

Language & remoteness is a big issue if you're not from assam. Even official meetings done in Assamese. Not a place for ambitious guys. Seniors will be busy in buttering the management for promotion and posting. Most of the executives are campus recruit from local colleges, the once recruited through written exams left the company .

Likes

The organization allows its employees to take initiative. The pay is good, exceptionally good relative to the amount of workload given. Medical is free; the perks and benefits are better than most companies. Job security is present.

The learning department needs to do better. Too much politics in certain cases. The reward structure is pathetic. No attempt is made by the organization to retain the top performers. They are happy with mediocrity.

...ly knowing full well that it is not to get another once u lose your present job. The culture here is that you work more and get less pay. Majority of the benefits a worker suppose to get management share it to them seif. The company polices favour the management than the workers.
