Some departments doesn't have work-life balance, while some departments tend to have a much leisure time. 4. HR department doesn't really care about human resources. 5. Doesn't get an opportunity for international exposure.

(1) Training and growth opportunities depends largely on ones personal rapo. (2) Frustration may crop up due to the nature of hardship in the job and remain unnoticed after hard work. (3) Being a Govt undertaking one may find difficulty to carry out the job in proper way

Ample opportunity to learn and perform. Latest technology is being implemented in multidisciplinary fields. Working with colleagues of different places and cultural background.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent.Growth is reasonable in the early and middle stage but slow in the later stage. Appraisal is not based on performance . Promotion policy not encouraging and HR is week.

at my time the involvement of incharges could be more than what we had. It was a free internship, neither we need to pay nor they will pay to us.

It is a good organisation to work with. A good salary is given and work satisfaction is excellent. Medical benefits are good covering for family and parents. A good carrier for employees working in ONGC.

Only special benefits for specialised category in promotion.
