...TAR BECAUSE YOU ARE EMPLOYEE YOU'VE NO OPTION SO ALL HIGH RATE IS FAKE MIND IT Salary not on time (15-25 every month). After office hours force to work without extra pay No salary account. For payslips you've to asking 10 time to HR for every month Force to resign anytime without any reasons just saying management not happy. When you are near to increment they will fire you and hire a new candidate. NOTE: Director Deepanwita samanta is a big full she Will not hear anyone expect GM-Singdha Sil,HR-Bony & Moumita.and they are never give positive feedback about you to the management. Atlast if you agree and join this company then be aware from Deepanwita,Snigdha,Piyali,Bony because they will F....k you everyday even after completing your task without any reasons.and they are never give positive feedback to the management about you. For their HIRE & FIRE culture & and rough language of management ( Deepanwita,Bony,Moumita,Singdha) all-time you find some openings at OHHO express.most of the employee leave after few months or they force to leave Not only me lots of employees face same issue just checked on Google.Customer reviews is also 3rd class Atlast if you don't believe then just go join and MELODY KHAU KHUD JAN JAU

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but no career growth.on the job training is not given to new joiner. Main thing is Pay very late after the 15th of the month. Sometimes it happens on the 25th (heard from the old employees)

...onths. When you leave they won't settle your money. The management is worthless. The Managing Director is after her beautification without paying employees salary. The employees are not qualified. They will remove your table from one end to another with even asking you. No management. Its Just a facade.
